Three years ago was the last Silver Championships and the last meet held at the Ward Melvile HS pool before the pandemic shut down the world. This weekend the 2023 Silver Championships, run by the TVSC Board and TVSC parents, returned to Ward Melville. 77 TVSC athletes raced 353 times and swam 170 best times. This past weekend TVSC competed against 42 other teams from the Metropolitan area at Senior Met Championships. The women finished in 7th place overall, the men finished in 7th place overall, while TVSC finished 9th place in the combined team scores. There were many great swims and our TVSC boys represented very well! Max Buchen took first in the 100 breast with a blazing 56.54 swim, AAAA NCSA cut!
