Bora raced in the 34th Bosphorus Cross-Continental (open water) Swimming Race between the Asian and European part of Turkey. There were 2400+ swimmers from all 5 continents. The winner's time was 48:13. Bora finished in 57:21, which placed him 58th among all men (1479 swimmers) and he was 32nd in the 14-18 age group. Great swim, Bora!! With perfect weather conditions, the 2022 Town of Brookhaven Lifeguard Run-Swim-Run was held this morning at Cedar Beach. Nine swimmers participated in the TVSC heat of the Run-Swim-Run. In the swimming leg, the leading group with Alyssa, Mila and Liam did not study the Run-Swim-Run course well enough and missed swimming around the next to last buoy.
