Casalinuovo Swimmers Compete in Eastern Zone Open Water Championships - June 18, 2023

The Eastern Zone Open Water Championships were held this past weekend in the inland bay off Beesleys Point near Ocean City in New Jersey.

Three Village Swim Club was represented by the Casalinuovo family who traveled to this event.to compete on Father's Day.

Johnny and Alyssa raced in the 2.5 K and Joey in the mile.

Due to the cool spring the water temperature was only in the 60s.

This is the reason TVSC did not add this open water event to the summer schedule.
The water temperature at Cedar Beach is also still in 60s and that is why we have not started Cedar Beach open water practices yet.
